MEETING SCHEDULE

All meetings start at 10:00 am on the third Wednesday of each Month that a meeting occurs and will be held at the Club House and Via Zoom unless otherwise indicated.

CLUBHOUSE REMINDER

Remember to follow all Clubhouse Rules & Regulations when using the facilities, including turning off the lights and television.

COA DUES PAYMENT DATES
1st quarter – January 1st
2nd quarter – April 1st
3rd quarter – July 1st
4th quarter – October 1st

2025 dues are $2,530 per quarter.

Pool Rules

Notice to Owners & Guests

Please keep Island Park Pristine and Enjoyable!

Follow all Condo Rules including:

• No food, drinks or animals in the pool or pool deck
• Shower before entering the pool and clean-up before leaving.
• Leave the Clubhouse as clean as you found it.
• No boats, Motorcycles, RV’s or recreational vehicles on the premises.
• No gas or charcoal grills
• Clean up after pets on lawns, sidewalks, etc.
• Bag all garbage & rinse recyclables before depositing in chutes/containers.
• Don’t be noisy neighbors.
• If you see rules being broken, speak up! The individual may not be aware.

Be Safe

Take precaution and keep your vehicles locked. Report intruders or suspicious activity to the police.
